  • Product description
  • Device Features

The XTOM system is based on binocular stereo vision principles and employs internationally advanced heterodyne multi-frequency phase-shifting technology to achieve non-contact, detailed, accurate, and rapid acquisition of three-dimensional surface data of objects. Compared with traditional Gray code plus phase-shifting methods, it offers higher measurement accuracy and clearer texture details; compared with contact-type single-point measurement three-coordinate systems, it boasts higher measurement efficiency, greater point cloud density, and easier digital model comparison, making it more suitable for measuring large-sized objects, complex curves, and flexible surfaces; compared with laser scanning, it provides higher accuracy, faster scanning speed, and stronger anti-interference capabilities, with a light source that is harmless to the human body. The system's single-measurement area can range from 30x30 to 1000x1000 mm, and combined with global automatic stitching technology, it can achieve rapid and high-precision measurement of extra-large workpieces measuring tens of meters. The system is widely applicable to various industries with three-dimensional data needs, such as the automotive industry, aerospace industry, digital home appliances, cultural relics protection, cultural and creative industries, and medical fields.

    Technical Advantages

    Measurement Technology Advantages

Internationally advanced heterodyne multi-frequency phase-shifting and blue/white light measurement technology supports multiple fully automatic stitching methods such as landmark stitching, feature stitching, and mechanical turntable. It supports direct scanning of colored, black, and high-contrast surfaces. It has optical probe and monocular scanning functions, allowing for the scanning of grooves or deep holes. It supports selective area scanning, facilitating targeted area detection and improving the efficiency of post-processing data. It provides high-quality point cloud data with clear details.

    Complete Post-Processing Functions

Extensive post-processing functions: point cloud denoising, fusion, sampling, triangulation, and hole repair; various element fitting functions: points, lines, planes, spheres, cylinders, cones; various deviation analysis functions: point deviation, distance deviation, angle deviation.

    Diverse Measurement Areas and Accuracy

    Single measurement area: 32mmx24mm~1000mmx1000mm
Single scan obtains 130~900 million point clouds
Single scan time: 2~4 seconds, fast scanning
    Single measurement accuracy: 0.008mm~-0.05mm
Appropriate measurement area can be selected based on measurement accuracy, speed, and object size

    User-friendly interface, convenient to use

    Scanning preview, real-time landmark tracking
3D display of scanning results, flexible 3D display control
Coordinate transformation function, 321 coordinate transformation function.
