Device Features
Selective laser sintering (SLS) technology is compatible with a wide range of materials.
Powder materials that can be used in selective laser sintering include plastics, ceramics, wax powder, and polymer powders such as nylon, glass powder coated with nylon, polycarbonate powder, resin-coated molding sand, wax-coated ceramic powder, and wax-coated metal powder, etc. During the part production process, the unsintered powder in the working chamber can support the sintered parts, so no support structure is needed, resulting in high-precision parts that can be very complex.
SLS dual-source laser processing technology can use two lasers simultaneously for parallel processing, enabling the production of large-size sand mold parts directly applicable in the automotive and aerospace industries. It can also effectively improve production efficiency, therefore having broad market prospects.Technical Parameters
